I have written two funded grant proposals. The first proposal, written to the SVSU Foundation in 2009, provided funds to start the Living Through Literacy program, a volunteer organization through which students help hospice patients record their life stories.

The second grant proposal, funded in 2011, secured Michigan Campus Compact funds for Living Through Literacy in order to expand its technological and academic potential.
